受荷叶启發而發明伞的鲁班 –
魯班是春秋時著名的工匠，被譽為工匠的祖師爺。少年魯班為了學藝，歷盡辛苦來到終南山拜師，經過嚴格的考驗和學習，終於成為一個了不起的工匠，還發明了影響深遠的木工工具——鋸。學成下山之前，魯班明白了能為老百姓造福才是一個工匠真正的成功！

“ Done!” Lu ban said one day as he finished a carving on a piece of wood.’”come and see dad ! Look!” his dad came and said,”Lu ban, your skills has passed mine. You are now the best in this village.”
“Does that mean I learned all the skills in the world?!” Lu ban asked
“No, you have much more to learn. I can teach you no more. If you want to learn more. Go to the north mountain and seek a teacher. But he never accepts students. If you are lucky enough to be his student.” said his father.
“ I will go tomorrow!” said the desperate boy.
And he did. He found the teacher and saw him chopping wood.
“ I’ve been looking for you! Can you accept me as a student?! PLEASE!!”
“ Sorry kid, don’t have any students, not planning to . You better go home, I got work to do.” said the calm teacher reaching for the ax.
Lu bai snatched it and said ,” You you must be tired ! Lemme do that for ya.”
He chopped and chopped until he has no more energy and he used the last of it to lean on the tree.
“ You must be tired” said the teacher,” Here sit down and have a bowl of water.”
“ No no no! I have so much energy left see?” said Lu bai trying to chop another tree down. But then the ax got stuck and he can’t pull it out. “ Here let me help you “ said the teacher. They suddenly fell off a cliff. The teacher noticed that Lu bai was bleeding. They soon found out that it was a plant. Lu bai soon thought of a new tool. The next day the tool was made and He decided to try it out. It worked! The teacher asked Lu bai what to name it,” A saw!” Lu bai invented the saw and many other tools. He helped many people year after year with his inventions.
